For many local businesses the major search engines such as Google, Yahoo, and MSN have become the ‘new yellow pages’. For them it's vitally important to be seen. For organizations with national and international reach, if they're not recognized in the major search engines in connection with strategically important keywords and phrases, they effectively don’t exist, i.e., won't be discovered, by the millions of daily search engine users.

Or is it, our blog is our web site? I don’t know. In any case, we’ve bypassed the more conventional static web site approach entirely to take advantage of the power and flexibility of blogs. It may make for a lot of reading. But we’ll try to make it of substance. And if not of substance, or informative, maybe ‘entertaining’? Why not? You have to have fun with your work to stay sane.
We’ll be adding content to this site/blog almost daily. It’s fast and easy to do with a blog structure. And search engines ‘love’ blogs. In our experience it’s not unusual for a blog posting to be indexed by Google within minutes of its posting. So we practice what we preach to our clients. One of the things we ‘preach’ is to take a good look at blogging as a way to improve your company’s search engine presence.
If a blog sounds like it might be an interesting option for your organization … well, let’s chat!
